What Can We Do About It?

For Victims

It’s not your fault. You are not responsible for someone else’s controlling behavior. You have choices to help heal yourself and keep you and your family safe. Call SAFE to talk about your options.

For Family & Friends

Do your part to keep victims safe and hold offenders accountable. Honor the victim’s choices, whether you agree with them or not. Condemn the abusive behavior, but never the victim.

Crisis Line

If you or someone you know is being abused, isolated or controlled, SAFE is here to help — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
